All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

  • Report the issue within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence

Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement.

Print Orders
All print-to-order items are non-refundable due to their custom production.
